Ultrasonic Thickness Testing

Ultrasonic testing uses the transmission of high frequency sound waves into a material to detect thickness variations throughout the test specimen (thickness testing). It provides fast and reliable results on metals as well as on nonmetals.

For material loss PSPR can perform traditional ultrasonic testing with a thickness gauge or we can provide a profile view of wall thickness through an automated Ultrasonic Crawler with B-Scan capabilities.
